For PRO main plugin, Please put your correct license key in Downloads > Settings > License key and press Save Settings again. After that try to update again.

If that not works..

1 ) Download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

define('WPDM_ADMIN_CAP','edit_posts');
define('WPDM_MENU_ACCESS_CAP','edit_posts');

edit_posts is the capability of the user
