Working now. There is a compatibility issue between WPDM Pro and Package List add-on. Releasing an updated version of Package List to fix the issue. For now, deactivated the Package List add-on on your site.

Are you using any custom access settings? I see only a blank page there and All Items tab which is empty too.

You wanted to remove the Google Fonts. But Font Awesome is not from Google font. So, loading Font Awesome is not an issue.

However, you can still turn off Font Awesome from Downloads Settings Basic Misc Settings panel. Just check Disable Font Awesome and save settings.

We are using SVG icons now for some file icons. But png icons are available too for old packages. Could you please send temporary wp-admin in private reply to check the issue?

Did you attach another file in the package? Updating the package after clicking the X button in file list removes the file.

You can use category shortcode with card template. Install the TinyMCE add-on first to insert shortcode easily.

This is related to your server setting. Please ask your server support to increase max upload limit in your PHP settings. Check the upload tab issue after increasing the limit. If the issue persists send login info.

Yes, there is a template tag [pdf_thumb] that shows the PDF thumb ( first page of pdf ). In your link downloads are shown using WPDM link template. Now, to show PDF thumb you have to create a custom link template with this tag [pdf_thumb].

You can create custom link template from Dashboard Downloads Templates page.

Please deactivate and re-activate the Download Manager in your sub-site and then try uploading files again.

Bulk export and bulk email both are possible. My previous quote ( 4 hours ) was based on stats and subscriber list. This will add some extra customization time. It will take around 6-8 hours to complete all your requested tasks. Please let me know your decision after discussing this matter with your client.
