Hi,
You can do that using the Advanced Access Control addon. When creating a package just select the usernames and only these selected users will be able to access the package.
Thanks.
Hi Barry,
The topic is still open. Please check my last reply here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/publish-not-working/
Thanks.
I have to check your setup to further investigate the issue.
There is a JS error on the page Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token (at prueba-recursos/:231:21)
Maybe this is what breaking the sidebar dropdown. That code block is modifying the pagination, if it is coming from a plugin or custom JS try removing it.
Maybe the issue is related to your mail server. Try using an SMTP plugin from wp.org If you want us to check the issue please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.
Yes, a confirmation email is sent to the email address inserted during checkout. It looks like the following screenshot, you can modify the email template to change anything you want.
Download works for me here https://dopobrania.lakosklep.pl/download/zota_c-skp/
Hi,
It works exactly like the way you explained above. After the payment, the guest user is redirected to the Guest Order page ( you have to set it from Payment Gateway settings on the Premium Package settings page ). The latest order details are loaded automatically with a download option. Check your demo here https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-images-demo-product/ for hands-on experience.
Thanks.
Send me a package url to check.
I have checked your URL. Looks like everything is working there. Let me know if still facing any issue.
Hi Dave,
You can change the email address of your existing account and that doesn’t require the deactivation of auto-renewal. It is more convenient than creating a new account and creating new subscriptions. Also creating new subscriptions will cost you more as current prices will be applied for the license which are much higher than your subscription fee.
Let me know which approach you want to take although my suggestions would be keeping the current ones and changing the account email when needed.
Thanks.
Sorry, the Category tag is not avialble yet.
Please deactivate the “Open in Browser” option from the Downloads Manager basic settings tab. If that doesn’t solve the issue send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.
Most probably a JS conflict issue. You can try deactivating Bootstrap Js from Downloads > Settings > User Interface. If that doesn’t work try deactivating other plugins or changing the active theme to find out the conflict. If none of these works please send temporary wp-admin login info as a private reply to check the issue.
