I have checked your issue. It has been split the two-part of bootstrap like col-md-12, and it makes it col-md-6 for column 2. By nature, it has been set. You can also see the bootstrap setting from the browser inspect element.

You can follow this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/, by default, you are usinglink-template-default.php for link template and page-template-default.php for the page template. As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder called download-manager, then paste it in tpls>page-templates for page templateor tpls>link-templates for link template. Thus you can also replace your default template by custom made template.

If you have to make custom templates. then when the plugin will be updated and then you need/want to update it. but after updating the plugin the templates may be lost. for safety purposes, you can follow/copy in your theme folder the templates for the permanent solution.

Because you have copied the page templates or link templates from the plugin folder, customized them as per your need and when plugin will be updated the templates will be not lost. i hope you have understood.

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.
