I have checked from my side, I just renamed the file --- MODELO FINAL IMPORTACIÓN FINAL A WP to MODELO FINAL IMPORTACIÓN FINAL A WP, the CSV file contains 1011 package others are blank, it just has imported 1010 package from my side. you can try yourself. Please let me know if it doesn’t work again.

Have you checked this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/? As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder called download-manager, then paste it in tpls>page-templates for page template or tpls>link-templates for link template or email-templates. Then keep same name, but modify as you want.

You can see the member already has been registered, so there no need to populate the Email, but you can see the Order Id as usual. For the guest, you can see the Email field with the email id and order field for the order id. I hope you will understand that.

Your menu items “settings” and “edit profile” has been removed from the author dashboard. I have commented out from line number 26-28 the menu items from download-manger>tpls>author-dashboard.php. we will add soon the functionality that enables you to do this from the theme functions.php.
