I have to check other forms also, like contact form, live forms for confirming the error.
, if the error remains with other forms too, then the image which I have attached is the only issue, means a server error issue, you have to check error logs or have to contact server provider which functionality is missing there for the error. and you have to install the function for that. hope you have understood.

For future updates, To update the plugin from plugins page login to your WPDM account from yourDownloads > Settings > Updates tab.

Your problem is very critical. I am trying approximately 3 hours to solve your problem. and the good news is that I have figured out that the problem is creating the theme function.php included any scripts. so i was trying to which script making the conflicting with it, but suddenly one thing missed, I was comment out a line in functions.php and refreshing the page. But I couldn’t revert it anyhow. now the site is showing
Error thrown Call to undefined function kalium()
Can you give me FTP access that I can figure out which file or script conflicting in the theme?
