Hi,

I have checked the issue. Somewhere your theme making the conflict. It has to be checked from the theme functions.php code where the conflict creating. you can check it after activating other themes, then it doesn’t remain.

Your problem has been fixed. It was creating the issue with Private Download Link Usage Limit, somehow it has been set to 0.

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

You are using an old version of WPDM, can you please update it and also there are lots of plugins those are also very old version, can you please check them enabling/disabling. I hope you will find solved your problem with these steps.

If you are want to give download limit any package you can set it globally for roles and in the related package settings. And for template tag, you have to place it properly in your template files

Hi,

Your problem has been solved. It was making conflict with WPDM – Image Button add on which is deprecated in our version. I have disabled it, now it is working. Please press CTRL + F5 for the cache and refresh the page.
