Has the problem been resolved? you shall find the option for putting licence key Downloads > Settings > License section.

Please follow these steps below for updating the Plugin for now,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

You can follow this documentation,

Template Files

by default, you are using link-template-default.php for link template and page-template-default.php for the page template. As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder called download-manager, then paste it in page-templates for page template or link-templates for link template. And you have to replace [download_link] with <a href="[download_url]" class="btn btn-primary" target="_blank">[link_label]</a> in related PHP file.

Has the problem been solved? For this shortcode, you have a parameter called category and use any category slug here if you want to create an archive page for that specific category or don’t use the parameter

First step to check, I have updated your plugin to the latest one. But the errors still remain, I have checked that, there are approximately 46 plugins installed in your site. I think, there might be a conflict somewhere. Otherwise, have to check if there any conflict within your theme script. let me know if you can check to enable/disabling them for knowing where the conflict making or I can check myself. let me know.
