Hi,

You can create user access credentials from Wp-admin > Users > Add new User. After that, you can also delete that after using temporarily.

Now, It is working fine after switching Bootstrap 4 to Bootstrap 3 from Downloads > Settings > User Interface

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.
