There some limitations your site, like many plugins can’t able to install and also deactivate some of them. However, I have checked that there is PHP depreciated notice and warning showing in the debug.log file. Please follow these steps below for updating the Plugin for now,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.

I can’t able to see/access the wp-config.php file. I have provided a screenshot for this, the file should be between this folder. And the error should be more descriptive if you already set this.

Sorry for some late. Can you make define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); to define( 'WP_DEBUG', true); from your wp-config.php file. I have not enough access to make it true. The file resides in wp-config.php WordPress installation main folder. I have to see what type or where the error is coming from.
