Single page/download page can be edited through single-wpdmpro.php from your theme folder like ACTIVE_THEME/single-wpdmpro.php also from your page templates too. can you elaborate your query more please and also can provide some screenshots? if you can’t able to do that(the adjustments), please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for adjusting the issue.

Can you please check those,
1. check your download manager category access to the subscriber role Downloads > Categories > Your category
2. check Downloads> Settings > Basic > Access Settings > When a user is not allowed to download: Hide Everything
3. You can also set option from Your package > Package Settings> Allow access
