This procedure you can easily follow as per instruction. you have to put those credentials from Facebook or twitter as your need. then you will be able to log in through Facebook or other social platforms and also able to give social lock options such as share, like, or tweet option for the packages.

Where do you want to send the filled form data, when a user fillup the form. The user will get the download link with the related email. and you will find the filled form data in subscriber section Downloads > Subscriber > Email Lock. let me know
