You need to edit the wp-config.php file on your WordPress site. It is located in your WordPress site’s root folder, and you will need to use an FTP client or file manager in your web hosting control panel.

I think the CSV format you have put is incorrect, maybe breaking the row somewhere. because you have 12 packages there, but showing much than that, showing 91 packages. You can also edit the sample.csv file for checking your 12 packages.

Single licence for PRO package and you can use it only one domain, I hope you have understood. for multiple domains, you have to purchase other packages.
