I have checked all possibilities with exact same design as you provided the screenshot. I have also checked with this add on https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on. but not getting the exact same design with the possibilities. you please better knock here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=upgrade for making such a script for the design, also you can query in PHP file and code something for making such the design. you can loop through or query with wpdmpro post type.
