I have checked that, you are using a very old version of WPDM. please update it. please follow these steps for updating your plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

I have seen that you have 31 plugins installed on your site. I think there may be conflicting one of them. can you enable/disable them for checking also you can check to switch your theme in the default theme for checking? please let me know if those help you.

For the editor section, it will show only the menu which is a grant for editor roles, and it is also for subscribers. But you can give access for both like subscriber, editor roles for certain packages. I hope it may help you
