Display and Search not appearing on Reponsive Table

I’ve seen several other requests for help regarding this, but no solution appears to be listed publicly. Please help.

We’re using this code:

[wpdm_all_packages categories="archives" order_by="publish_date" order="ASC" colheads="Title|Issue Date|Download" cols="title|publish_date|download_link" items_per_page="20" ]

on this development page: http://gbsdev.atlanticnortheast.com/archives/

I’ve tried enabling/disabling scripts in settings, but cannot get the Display and Search functions to appear at the top of the table.

I have seen that you have 31 plugins installed on your site. I think there may be conflicting one of them. can you enable/disable them for checking also you can check to switch your theme in the default theme for checking? please let me know if those help you.

Despite the lack of response and help, I was able to locate and resolve the issue.

This doesn’t build confidence for the longterm.
