Update-Create working fine here. there a metabox creating problem when you are going to publish it. it is in beneath the page. please see the attached image.

Please follow these steps to update the add on,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version.

I have checked that after activate and deactivate the checkout page remain same, please see the attached image,

you can clear your browser cache also if something gets broken, you can check from Downloads > Settings > User Interface enabling/disabling styles/scripts. please let me know further.
