it is working fine from my side, can you please delete and reinstall the add-on again for checking, i think it is causing for the session issue, i have tried in many ways cache clear, flashing as well as other settings also, please then let me know,

2 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key

Please check if there correct license key in your Downloads > Settings > License option. and save settings again. Then try again to update. It will work then

I think you may be using any download accelerator installed, like IDM or other else, please uninstalled or remove the extension from your browser, then should work
