Download button not Working

When I attempt to click the download button on any of the downloads I have published, rather than download the selected content, it redirects the page to a WordPress error page displaying,

“There has been a critical error on your website.

Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

The shortcode I am using to implement this is

In short, I would just like the download button to download the selected content, and not redirect to the post page.
