You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Are you talking about Apply Filter search? For this, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. And for order by issue, please kindly share the shortcode which you are using thus we can test it further. Please kindly check.
