The one thing to check in these cases is to make sure you do not have your browser set to delete cookies when you shut it down. If it does, then the cookie WordPress sets are gone and it will not remember you. Also, make sure you have your browser set to “remember passwords for sites” (under preferences > security in FF). please check

Please simply click the Save Settings again for license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, that will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to plugins page and update will work fine this time

and for add-on for now,

1 ) Download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2 ) Install the latest version
