For your information, Hide Everything” (When a user is not allowed to download) feature is available based on role user when a certain role is not allowed access the file/package and Download was expired message is shown based on user can’t able to download, can download between the available date, for hiding certain packages for expired date, there need some special customization code

Hi,

when you are creating a package, don’t protect the media file from using the media file protection option, use package access control. The Media file protection option is for the cases when users are sharing media files directly without creating packages. I hope you have understood

For download packages, you may/can use allow access option, and this option as I image attached,
