Hope you are well. In our test environment, WPDM Google Fonts from Setting > User Interface is working fine.
There can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.
If still, the problem exists then you may also check the console log, what errors coming from the browser console log.

Has the problem been resolved on your side? please let me know. And from WPDM Free 3.1.20 and WPDM Pro 5.3.7, we have changed the file type validation process during file upload and download. Now, you have to white file types to allow them to upload or download. You will find the option at Admin Menu ► Downloads ► Settings ► Basic Settings Tab ► Upload Settings section. According to the doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/, you should keep just the file name, if you keep the files in wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files dir, have you checked that? please elaborate on it, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Lifetime membership also will be a recurring payment with a single billing cycle. However, we shall change it to a non-recurring payment in the next update. And for the error, you should set the required value properly in your plan. thus, the errors will not occur

For the non-recurring payment subscription system with WP Pro Membership add-on is working fine from my side. Please also check the Billing Amount and For Every option set to 1 for the initial payment as I image attached for your side,
