Page templates are used to show detailed data of a specific package, A package is a custom post type, every package details page (ie. it’s like WordPress single post or page view) uses a page template associated with it to display formatted content. The issue you are claiming for the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory for bulk upload with just file name is working fine from our testing site. please check your issue in detail. I hope it will work from your side too

According to the doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/, you should keep just the file name, if you keep the files in wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files dir, have you checked that? please elaborate on it, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

To troubleshoot, try:
– Deactivate plugins, switch theme, reinstall WP
– If these methods fail to resolve the error, then try contacting your hosting provider.

We have found the Import feature issue which is resetting “post_status” to “Draft” on update package. we shall adjust it within the next update. And for other issue like publish_date is working fine with CSV, can you please elaborate on those issues

I think you have made the default search result page. you are using WordPress Page(either a “post” or a “page”) with a custom Page template to give information for searching your site. For custom search for the custom post type, there needs some modification or customizing the code. please let me know if you need such features
