For now, please again download and update your add-on from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases. I hope it will resolve your issue. I hope everything is working fine now. Memberships were not working due to the latest version. Login or register was not working because of your builder code was conflicting among shortcode, now login working fine. And I have checked that the link template is working fine too. please check other issues and let me know if I can help you resolve those as well

Sorry for the little confusion. WPDM doesn’t restrict showing any Adsense ad. However, the CTR rate may vary day to day change. However, for other issues have you updated all add-ons and plugin for testing thereby. please let me know
