I have checked from the code from the plugin file that, If you are already registered and have not verified your Email, then the message will appear while you will try to download any file. please check your email is verified or not while registering. please let me know then if your issue gets resolved or not.

you can use category parameter here, — category: use any category slug here if you want to create an archive page for that specific category or don’t use the parameter. Thus you will able to exclude/hide that specifiq category. please check

Purchase Confirmation ( To: Customer ) purchase-confirmation
and also have Purchase Confirmation – Guest ( To: Customer ) purchase-confirmation-guest

But for some other downloads, the browser is spinning. I think for downloads file path is not getting properly. Instead of file URL attach, can you please use attach the file through Select From Server option. I hope it will work fine then properly
