Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. The password lock for WPDM packages is working fine from my side. I think there may be conflicting within your plugins and theme. There is also an error appearing in the console log. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

For add-on updates, for now, you can follow these steps,
1 ) Download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2 ) Install the latest version and activate.
If the problem persists, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

It is working fine with the latest version of WPDM – Advanced Access Control from my testing side, I have checked that your settings for Hyper Text Transfer Protocol are not same as I image attached,

I think you are talking about this page, https://www.creascoop.org/membres/membres-navigation/, here for Resources – Info has been used wpdm_category shortcode. And I have checked that you are using the free WPDM version, Free version doesn’t have the option, When a user is not allowed to download: Hide Everything, but only block download button. Your requirement is even the files that are not available for the user file not be shown at all, without a download button hide everything of files is only available in the PRO version. And if you are talking about the WPDM Packages by Category widget from Appearance > widgets, it also covers same feature. I hope you have understood now

Now remove all files from {active-theme}/download-manager except the ones you need to modify

I have checked that, [wpdm_my_downloads login=1] is working fine with the shared role, and for package download button hide with the free version is also working from your side too. If you are trying When a user is not allowed to download: Hide Everything, that is possible only in the PRO version. I hope you have understood. please let me know if you have other queries

I hope it will give you a lightbox functionality that will return all attached Additional Image thumbnails With specified width ( W ) and height (H) If available, every thumbnail will be Linked with original Image.
