I have found your issue. your theme, not child theme, the main Divi theme having one script making the conflict. I was trying to figure out which script was making the conflict. Now when I commented out a portion of your theme functions.php file and then refresh the page, it has gone to an error in your site. Now, i can’t able to log in your site. if possible, can you provide temporary FTP credentials of your site?

There is no text in email templates contained “lorem ipsum” and whole the plugin also except in a CSS file. I think it is coming from WordPress email settings or maybe SMTP configuration settings.

I have checked but, it is a column issue. If you chunk some values into column it will show side by side and bootstrap is doing so. Otherwise, you can do it giving cols value 1 and then the width adjusting of that section. column basically chunk column value side by side.
