Sorry for some late. Have you contacted your theme support too? I was checking it is working fine with other themes. If I change the code of your active theme single download page, the changes don’t appear on the frontend. please check again

Extremely sorry for your issue. I have checked your issue in detail. The issue is related to your theme. It is working fine with other themes. I have also checked the cache issue in detail. I think that it is related to the cache issue from your theme/other settings. Can you please contact your theme support too. I hope you should get the help immediately. The theme is retaining page contents though it has been changed from the backend. It is working fine with other themes. please check
