Billing Cycle Limit stands for If you want to make your membership product or service for a limited time you can do it with this feature. The members-only can take this limit of membership on your site. After that, the membership will expire. You can put 0 here if the membership you provide is not for a limited amount of time. Otherwise, you should put a value, if you put 1 in Billing Cycle Limit option, For a certain period when the cycle limit is reached the membership will be expired. Then the user again has to renew it. I hope you have understood now.

If you are talking about downloading all PDFs for a package in a zip file, it will not work then. The stamping of PDF files only will work with the individual or single file download. I hope you have understood. please let me know if you have any more query

Sorry for your little inconvenience. For adjusting almost all of your issues, you may have to edit this directory files, plugins\download-manager\src\User\views\dashboard. please check these files according to menu options from the front-end.

The new tab/window for downloading files is already in the settings. If you are trying to download in a separate window, It is also possible in the manual method, by default, you are using link-template-default.php for the link template and page-template-default.php for the page template. you can edit the files and follow this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/ for backup of your files.
For opening in new windows, please add this code replacing [download_link] in page/link templates PHP file as i described below,

Exporting with WordPress native tool for Downloads is working fine with the latest version from my side. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. Can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking if possible. please let me know then.
