Your credentials are now working. I have checked that there are many plugins installed on your side and though the download limit add-on is not available there. Button Reset Limit for All Users is working here properly on our testing site, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please let me know then.

I have adjusted the settings from the WP-Admin > Settings > Your homepage displays option. Now the template preview is working fine now. And for the second issue, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. Please let me know then.

Make sure that you are using the latest version. If still, you are facing such an issue then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue. Hope you are well. For updating the WPDM main plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel. For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated, hope that, it will solve your issue. please let me know

If you have attached the google drive remote files and using multiple files attached. The Remote files can’t be zipped for the main download button, for remote files, only a single file download will work, as to create zip files, individual files need to be stored on the same server. I hope you have understood.
