If your files are still uploaded under wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files but not found on the frontend, because, the files are not attached to the packages. If those will attach them to the related packages, they should be available for download. please check and let me know

I have tested your issue. The feature you are facing trouble with is working fine from our testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please let me know then.

I have checked that, your File Browser Root:(?) URL is different from the same site. For the same site, you have to use the same site File Browser Root. Thus the download file for the files system proceeds. I hope you have understood.

For now, there is no such parameter for adding file_list template tag in wpdm_all_packages shortcode. However, you can achieve it from other shortcodes too by adding link-template and its parameter. For wpdm_all_packages shortcode with file_list template tag, it will require special customization. I hope you have understood.
