if it has a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please let me know then.

wp-content\plugins\download-manager\src\Package\FileList.php file in line number 111 code is, sort($allfiles); before this foreachloop, foreach ($allfiles as $fileID ► $sfile), please check and let me know, if it works for you.

When you add files in the download-manager-files folder, you don’t need to give the full path in the CSV file, you just have to put the file name and its extension like taaf-logo.png. It is working fine from my side. please check and let me know

For bulk upload through a CSV file, while any files will be downloaded rather than opened as an attachment in the browser, for this, you can keep your download files in the folder called wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files from the server folder. And put the names of the files in the CSV file for the related packages. Thus, I hope your requirements will be fulfilled. please let me know
