If the access role doesn’t work as per described here,
I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know then.

The utm_source value in the Email lock Form with the hidden field is not possible for now, but, we are adding an option to use some custom variables, like {{REQUEST_URI}}, {{CLIENT_IP}}, {{POST_TITLE}} and your requirements too like variables for the referrer, source, and user agent in the next update. Hope you are well. For updating the WPDM main plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel. For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated, hope that, it will solve your issue. please let me know

I have checked that, you are using an old version of PHP. This warning showing in your wp-admin > dashboard section,
The minimum recommended version of PHP is 7.4.

For #2, The downloads file will open in the same window for locked packages for now, do you want open it in a new window for Email locked packages, I shall forward the issue to our developers.

I have checked that, you are using two lock options. one is Email Lock other is a Captcha lock. However, for the above emails, the email lock is working properly. And I think the download stats is affecting because of the Captcha Lock. please check and let me know

I have checked your issues from the beginning issues. And I have found an issue, you are using an old version of the WPDM plugin. However, In the meanwhile updating plugin, can you please let me know if there any permission issue is assigned in your package attached PDF file? because, only the subscriber is not able to see the PDF file, though he has logged in. please let me know
