Hope you are well. For elementor, download manager pages with elementor editing, you can use this Elementor Addons
or you can customize the page templates from Downloads > Templates > Page Template and use them for your related packages,
also, you can create from your active theme single-wpdmpro.php file, copying the single.php file

My Downloads section is associated with WPDM – Advanced Access Control and it will work for those packages shared with certain users who have been logged in. The feature is working fine from my side. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. Please let me know then.
