Hope you are well. If your Email Notification set as Use Global Settings or Send Notification from the Package Settings meta box. Then it will work automatically. And if it has been set as Don’t Send Notification, then you have set it to activate manually from package settings. I hope you have understood now.

For the accept button hierarchy, when any approved role user, after uploading any file and then edit for any contents. The accept button shows via View button for the related file. And for deleting files, you may have to delete the files from the dropzone manually. I hope you have understood.
