I have come forward with the news that package name entity for form lock with the forminator plugin is not possible yet now, but we have a plan to implement it in the future. However, you can use our Live Forms plugin too for working around with package names, for the package name will be added with admin email confirmation automatically You can also use a hidden field to collect post title, post id, referrer, etc with the live forms plugin too.
