For document name or package name, you can use our Live Forms plugin too for working around with package names, for the package name will be added with admin email confirmation automatically You can also use a hidden field to collect post title, post id, referrer, etc with the live forms plugin too. I have checked that you have enabled email verification on signup from Frontend Access settings. For such feature, you shall get an email with login information, your given password will not work then, however, you may able to change the password by resetting it later.
