I have checked and inspected from the browser that, the attribute needed for opening the download link in a new tab is available, but clicking the download button sometimes it does not work. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins/theme. Am I able to enable/disable plugins or the theme for a certain moment for your site? please let me know

I have checked your issue. For now, are you able to update your WPDM copy to the latest version, after that, I shall check it again for you. For updating the WPDM main plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel. For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated. please check and let me know

For updating the WPDM main plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel. And for updating WPDM other plugins, please download your plugin from here,

and update manually from the wp-admin dashboard Plugins > Add New option
