Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. WPDM attached files are generally stored in the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory. For now, we have no such option for exporting a CSV of all files stored in the Digital Asset Manager. However, for your requirements, you can also check the options from Downloads > Settings > General as I image attached

If some part of your issue remains, you are also able to edit the value column here in the sample.csv file https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/sample.csv and then use the CSV file for upload. please check and let me know, if you are still facing any issues.

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. If your product is selling on the woocommerce platform and you want only the stamped PDF URL, You can try copying the master download URL of the Stamped PDF file from WPDM and then attach the URL to the Woocommerce product as I image attached,
