The shortcode is working as expected from our testing site in other browser like firefox too, https://wpdmpro.w3eden.com/wpdm-test-52, also from your site without cat_field paramater, the shortcode is not working, but in shared link working. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check the process and let me know.

Sorry for your all inconvenience. I have found the issue. It was the bootstrap that was disabled from Downloads > Settings > User Interface. I have enabled now that the issue has been resolved. I have also added the below css in Customizer > Additional CSS
