Don’t know how they were removed since they were there when I put through that order…
Anyway, I re-added them and the exact same thing happened. The money is withdrawn from the card but there’s no subscription attached to the user’s account.

I am getting an error while signing up using the membership plan plugin.

It’s happened several times. That’s why I’m revisiting this thread. Each time I get told that it “should work” but it doesn’t.
They were all reset back to zero so I need to know if that was caused by you deactivating/activating plugins or if its a bug
