No it’s not working. It’s the same as I said a few days ago. IOt just has the email address as first and last name.

Ok great that has fixed the signup issue. The first and last names are still not being pulled into Mailchimp though. It’s just using the email address for both of the fields.

Thank you.

Can I get an ETA?

Not sure if this is related, but first and last names aren’t being saved in the WP user database as well.

After doing some testing disabling plugins, this is also caused by the mailchimp addon. When that’s disabled, it saves the names into the WP users database. When it’s enabled, it doesn’t.

No I disabled the mailchimp plugin and it fixed it. It was working fine before this updated plugin so the issue is with the mailchimp plugin.

I also tried a different theme and deactivating other plugins, it was only fixed after the Mailchimp plugin was disabled.

No I just tested it again and the same thing happens. After checkout there’s no subscription connected to the account but the money has been taken

That button is disguised as a “cancel membership” button but its actually just cancelling the next billing period, the way you guys have it setup is confusing.

But that’s not the point, the issue still remains. Users lose access to their download amounts immediately after cancelling the next billing period

After updating to the new mailchimp add on, this is happening again. When I click sign up and continue, nothing happens. When I click it again it says username/email already exists

I deactivated the mailchimp addon and signing up worked as normal so its definitely that addon
