No all of these payments have come through people signing up and paying through the site. No extra payments have been made into either the PayPal or Stripe accounts. They have all come from the website.

No this issue is the subscription appearing as cancelled on the website, but not cancelled on paypal or stripe so the customer keeps getting charged. This is happening for users who have had a normal subscription. Can you talk to the other guy? He said he found the problem…

Ok but I have had several customers who do have the issue? I assume its not happening to everyone. I dont understand though, last guy said he had identified the issue? Was that not true?
