Can you send me the page URL? You can add inline CSS to the custom template. So if you want to change something just look for class or ID and change it with CSS.

Changing the blue color badge with class

I have tested different pages (Archive, Category, Package) with IE 11 and Win 7 environment. Everything looks fine with no error. There might be some problem with your server. Can you send login in private reply to check it?

You can try deactivate plugin one by one to check which causing the conflict with WDM. You can find php error log in the server. can you send that in private reply?

If you are using lets encrypt SSL, please renew it every 90 days. And its good to use Cloudflare on front and lets encrypt in the server.

You can use MailChimp to automatically add the new submission to a list. As using form doesn’t require the login so the user can download without login, so we can’t track the email and download. But you can get their email list with MailChimp or Contact Form 7 Database plugin.

Hi,

You can modify the page template and link template from /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates page. You can create a new template with the existing variable defined. Where you can use HTML and inline CSS to change the style.

Hi,

You can always get your download history from /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=wpdm-stats&type=history if the user is logged in then you can see the name.

But if you are using form lock then you can get the subscribers list on the specific form.

I have tested on my end it works fine. As if you bulk import package than there might be date issue, as all package created at the same time.
