I’m having an issue with the sort the packages are being displayed. I have in my short code order_by=”date” order=”desc” but it’s not displaying the packages in the sub-categories by date. Any thoughts what could I be missing or how I can fix?

Hi ,

As I see all your downloads from the members’ category shown as desc by date on the page.

Is the issue you are talking about is the sub-category items above the shortcode results?
Home -> All Packages

Then, that’s not generating with the shortcode.

Thanks

No the issue I’m seeing is that when you click on one of the categories, all of the packages listed are not being sorted by Date. For example, If you click on the Members > ACMHAI Committee Minutes you’ll see the packages results do not list in a DESC order by Date. How do I fix this?

Thank you again for any help you can give me on this.

Hi there,

So, when you click the single category from all category page that is not being sorted as the default value you put on the category shortcode?

But normally all category item is being sorted correctly?

Thanks

So, When the page loads the order is correct as you defined in the shortcode. But when you click on subcategory menu the result page does not short the list by date of the package?

Correct. How do I fix this?

I have tested on my end it works fine. As if you bulk import package than there might be date issue, as all package created at the same time.
