Hi,

Maybe you use custom template file in the theme folder for all downloads. Please send login to check the the issue. or removing the theme file /themes/rexus-child/download-manager/wpdm-all-downloads.php would solve the problem.

Hi,

For PDF stamper error, please change the code in line 112 from: $log = new WPDM_Stats();
to: $log = new \WPDM\libs\DownloadStats();
Hope this will fix the issue.

What is your php version?

Hi,

You can use Default values add on to bulk update all package.

Files are not playing that because the package has no file attached. Please recheck the imported files, the file maybe missing from the package or your download-manager-files folder.

There is an issue with the update in the current version. Please follow the below process to update your plugin. (No data will be lost, As it is saved in the database)

Please download the latest version from the purchase area.

Either do with FTP:
– Then Unzip the plugin.
– Open FTP (FileZilla)
– Upload the folder download-manager to /wp-content/plugins, a pop up will show and will ask you to overwrite files, choose yes.

Or,

– Deactivate and Delete the existing one from the website.
– Upload and activate the latest one.

It resizing the main image to fit into thumb size. You may upload check other image size and try to upload same size image.
