Maybe the problem with the enterprise API, Please use the personal account and see the problem occurs or not.

Also, the plugin you want to swap with hosting and sharing addon is free. Not possible to swap free addon with premium one.

There is no option available for excluding packages from the search result for now. But you can implement a function custom post type to exclude packages from search. Please follow this tutorial for more.
