You have to buy the Download Manager Pro version to do this. You can modify the template as you wish in the pro version.

Hi

Please check this wordpress\wp-content\plugins path in your FTP, if it contains any folder named “download-manager” or “wpdm-” in the prefix. If any please delete it and try to install the WordPress Download Manager Plugin again.

For changing the “Download” label to “Visit” change the link label from the package settings.

For the hyperlink, add a remote url for the package.

Hi,

Please follow this steps:

1. Go to Downloads>Templates>Create Link Templates
2. Give a title of the template
3. Write [download_url] in the code section
4. Click save template.
5. Use the newly created template as Link Template of the file.
