My reply was about the affiliate plugin, please update that too, also, the custom order is related to premium package add-on, if you are not using the latest version, update your copy. We have released a quick update today with auto-clear temporary data ( using wp cron job ) option and additional option ( cookie, db, file ) to store temporary data. However, from this update, default temporary data storage is the cookie.
You have to edit template file for that, however, I’ve done so far on this for you :).
